Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every book in our shop is packed by Anne's team and signed by Anne before it ships.

How we ship

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship by USPS Media Mail, the most affordable way to send books. Media Mail usually arrives within 2 to 8 business days after your order ships.

We don't offer express or expedited shipping.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. When an item ships free, you'll see that at checkout too.

Questions

If you have a question about your order or it hasn't arrived as expected, email us at hello@auntieannebeiler.com and we'll be glad to help.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every book you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You can return books and merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in the condition you received them.

To start a return, email us at hello@auntieannebeiler.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

STORIESx8 kits

Leader Portal access included with STORIESx8 kits can't be refunded once it has been used. Physical items in the kit can be returned under the policy above.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping costs aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.
